Crabchan, and I am bringing in Rika Furude from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni (Higurashi: When They Cry), a friendly series about children who play games and participate in festivals. No I lie. She wished for her friends and town to escape the endless June of 1983. (but if anyone asks, she will tell them she wished to save some cats)
