relaxfriend bringing another dumb teen. This here is Yoshitake Tanaka from a slice of life anime called Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou (Daily Lives of Highschool Boys). Yoshitake here is a wanna be hero who half the time makes about as much sense as square wheels. You just have to wonder how he functions. Dumb as he may be at times he is super loyal and always wants to swoop in and save the day, which lets be real is bound for disaster. This is a guy who accidentally shaved off one of his nipples.

His passive power is a defense buff. Basically if your character is within ten feet and near death/defeat then they'll get a boost in resiliency! His active power is to turn rubber bands into stun rubber bands so he'll be having people's backs by shooting said rubber bands either from his hand or his rubber band shooter gun thing and stunning nightmares if they're too overwhelmed.
