HELLO FRIENDS my name is Groove and I am bringing you this tiny ball of crazy straight from the Mushroom Kingdom! Lemmy is one of the Koopalings, which are Bowser's minions/children/???? (it's complicated), but he's not a very good villain, he's just kind of an annoying brat who'd rather run off and join the circus than kidnap the princess.

He's not the brightest crayon in the box, so while everyone else here might have deep, personal reasons for making a wish and contracting with Kyuubey, Lemmy literally sold his soul just because he wants to be a magician.
