Hello soulgemmed, I'm Nami and I'm bringing back Caesar Zeppeli, the blonde, occasionally snippy companion from pt 2 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure! He was a magi here for a while and now he's back with some more or less clear memory of the stuff he's gone through in the place before. You should be able to find him basically anywhere around town during the day, because I pulled a Touya on him and no one really knows how many jobs he works or when he does. Expect some flirting, some bickering and possibly endless calamity in the long run.

That said, he's actually a real sweet when he's in a good mood and I hope he'll have some opportunity to express that eventually. <3 It's great to be back, so see you around!
