So for the record, both Caesar Zeppeli and Aradia Megido will be staying in Nyoi-cho.
After the sheer emotional breakdown Caesar is about to have thanks to srs family talk with Kakyoin, he's going to at least try to do something meaningful and help out. Whether that means going into the dungeon or staying out for support I don't know yet, but he'll probably try to be on the communication side. He wants to make sure the investigation team will have a way to reach back to them. I still don't know much about my plans for him as you can tell, but I definitely want him to take active part in what's about to happen! For the sake of making up for a lot of things he hasn't been doing ICly because of Unresolved Issues.
As for Aradia, I definitely want her to go into expedition mode and join the dungeon party. It's all the things she enjoys in one nice package and she's already started reaching out to people about getting involved. The whole "two groups of people" thing is already ringing a lot of familiar bells considering her canon, so she's got a bit of experience with solving cryptic riddles and searching for things.
