SO REMEMBER A FEW MONTHS AGO WHEN SOME DORK APPED ICHIMATSU AND THEN HE FELL IN A HOLE AND DIED (don't quote me on this)

That dork has returned (having never left) to app another Matsu. Sup, it's Chase bringing in Karamatsu from Osomatsu-san! He's the second of six brothers, a painful cool young man who's here to brighten everyone's day by giving cool lines and dazzling everyone with strong fashion choices and AMAZING MAGI SKILLS. Ye.

His info is here. His passive ability kinda casts pain on magi around him, so if you wanna opt out of that, drop a line over there! Also, his app is here if you wanna know more. More importantly however, he IS coming in from the fourth wall event, so he's coming off of finding out that he might or might NOT be a Wraith, and having thoroughly lost his cool in front of Shinoa and Dave.
