NO ONE FIGHTS LIKE GASTON
Hey, everyone! This is Yue (
inkscapes), bringing in Gaston from Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse.

Gaston here is a Samurai from a world where the apocalypse occurred, demons invaded the earth, and angels descended and imposed a strict rule over his country - a "clean" land where the citizenry are protected from the demons so long as they give up, oh, just this tiny, irrelevant little thing known as their personal freedoms. The Samurai in particular are bound to a life of servitude and undying devotion to the kingdom, tasked with fighting demons so that peace can be maintained.
As a result, Gaston is... pretty ridiculous about holding himself up to these lofty, unattainable ideals for what a Samurai should be, and he does a whole lot of posturing and regurgitation of beliefs he doesn't actually hold.
He eventually gets better - I'm taking him from the Massacre route, where he's undergone a lot of positive character development - but unfortunately, thanks to his wish, he won't remember any of that.
Anyway, his information can be found here. I'm looking forward to playing with everyone!
