Hello everyone! My name is Nami and I bring you this italian dork by the name of Caesar Zeppeli! To those who don't know him, he's originally a hamon/ripple user from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency who befriends the protagonist and, given the Zeppeli's preponderance to getting the short end of the stick, ends up having a terribly tragic outcome. In the name of freedom beauty truth love honour and Jojo's ultimate well-being.

Kyuubey got to him at that moment, so I reckon he's going to have a decidedly hard time accepting that this isn't all his special iteration of hell and that he had no such thing as a fever dream before any of this. Otherwise, he's a pretty decent guy! He's cute, and charming (and a bit of a showoff) when his fuse isn't cut short.

Oh, and his weapon? It's a pipe. Please, end his misery.
