Poll + Kickstarter: Pooling points for a communal building?

Our magi have been trying to cram each other into their own houses for meetings for a bit too long, don't you think?

Of course for most of us the points cost to get some sort of communal building set up is a little high......which is why I'm here! Below are the two suggestions I've come across as things we could use. If you'd like the idea of either/both and are willing to donate some points to get it up, please comment in the respective toplevel(s) with the amount of points you're willing to donate! Prices quoted from this mod reply.

• A basic apartment-sized building, no extra features: Will cost 40 points. We can use this like an event room to hold meetings in, as a gathering point, store information where it can be publicly accessed/ weapons or tools, and rent it out to new Magi who cannot find their homes. :) We could also furnish this manually / ask about the point-cost of upgrades depending on our needs. (EDIT: Point requirement hit! I'll file a location request when I can.)
• An armory: Will cost 70 points, with additional items taken from the armory having extra cost. I.e. on top of the base cost you'll have to pay extra when you use it. Pricier, but hey, it's weapons!! 
• If you think of something else, feel free to suggest it and maybe we can take a look at that now/another time.

Terms and conditions
1. This'll be a bit like a kickstarter? Pledge x number of points to whatever you want. When any item hits its points cost, we'll go ahead with setting it up. If neither hits the points cost, no one's points will be spent (yet. unless we scrap the idea. Then yes, full refunds.)

2. You can give any combination of points to one or both fields. Or no field. No pressure to stray from your miserly tendencies. :) Both buildings can be built if we hit 130 points! This is not an either/or.

3. I will not be checking if you have the number of points you claim to have right now, but please don't make points up we won't get the building anyway if you do lol
