Hi everyone! New player here; I posted on the test drive as Nyx Assassin, but rather than going with the big monstrous bug this time, I decided to bring in Chihaya Kisaragi from The Idolm@ster (2011 anime), part of a game series that's claimed the lives of Berserk's author and the producer of the Tekken series, among others.

In a slice-of-life-ish series about cute quirky girls building their careers as Japanese idols, Chihaya stands out as that one professional hard-working girl who's unhealthily focused on improving her singing for reasons of horrible childhood trauma. She's taken from a pretty bad time, where she's been unpleasantly reminded of her trauma (to the point where she can't sing)- which is, of course, where Faustian magical girl contracts come in.

So yeah, fun times for all! I look forward to threading with you all, and I'm over at Sumiyoshi @ Plurk!

I have to say, I definitely didn't expect to see Chihaya here, but I am PUMPED!!! Chihaya is my fav of the long, blue haired "cool" idols out there, and I'm so glad to see her becoming a meguca. And that canon point, man...... Breaking my heart, here. I'm a big fan of the Idolm@ster series, though!!!

I am Bee! I play Lilith, Taiga, and Ringo currently, and I'm also one of the mods! I hope you enjoy life in Nyoi-cho... It's a peaceful, happy town where nothing goes wrong... ever.

BUT YEAH, Idolm@ster is my forever series, and Chihaya is basically tailor-made for becoming a Faustian magical girl (especially compared to like... Yayoi, which would have been absolutely horrible).

Nice to meet you, and I'm looking forward to making poor Chihaya's songless life an awful hell cheerful slice of life shenanigans here in Nyoi-cho!

so she's basically PERFECT for nyoi-cho and magical girl sadness!
