Power Regain

As a reward for this month's event, all characters can get one power regain. Note that you can ask for either a brand new power, a power upgrade, or a weapon summon or enhancement.

Sure! The blast about the same size as his regular bombs, but it packs a little more of a punch. He wouldn't be able to summon another one immediately, maybe a 5 minute cooldown? And because it's a little stronger than his regular bombs, it would drain about twice as much magic.
