STATE OF THE GAME » APRIL
Hello everyone! It's time for a State of the Game!
Welcome to the end of Soulgemmed's first arc. It's sure been quite the wild and crazy time, wouldn't you say? All sorts of wacky adventures for the magi to have, forming deep bonds among each other as they overcome challenges together... The sheer despair and suffering of failing to protect those you hold dear, weighing on their shoulders... You know, the usual magi things! We hope you've all had fun over the months; we know we've had a lot of fun setting the stage for you all!
Let's get into the good stuff, shall we?
» Regarding Discord: we understand that this has become a hub for communication in the game, however we want to remind players to use the questions section of the ooc plotting post for questions relating to the event. Not all our players use Discord and we want to be sure all questions are answered where they can be seen. It keeps things all in one place as well, so everyone has a simple, easy-to-access resource for events.
» Do not message us individually or privately about questions regarding the game. Ask on the FAQ or event plotting post; it would not be fair to allow individual players to circumvent the wait time on those because they have access to private methods of contact.
» Along those lines, please do not contact the mods on personal accounts for assistance in writing apps or for issues relating to the game. Please PM us or use the concerns post to bring up any issues you may have unless it is an emergency; that way we can ensure it is seen to.
» Given that our first major arc just ended in April, May will be a respite month - there will be no official game event in May. This means that it's the perfect time to squeeze in those player plots you might have been planning for! Request at our calendar.
» We will be having a gamewide HMD on April 21st! Participation is encouraged, but not mandatory.
