Setting Update

Hey, everyone! A few changes have occurred to the setting, and the locations page has been updated accordingly. Here are a few more notes about the change:

» All street signs and written documents have been amended to reflect these name changes. The flickering sign that appeared in April has now settled permanently on the words "WELCOME TO NYOI-CHO," and signs that used to refer to Nyoi-cho itself have now changed to refer to only Higashi-ku.
» The other three wards no longer display any visible signs of glitching.
» Nightmares can now appear in the other wards.

When it comes to new locations forming in town, do they only appear in Higashi-ku, or would they pop up in one of the other wards if we request it?

They can pop up in one of the other wards if requested!

If someone asks the good ol' native population what they think of the new 'additions' to the city will they react as if those places have always been there or will they seem new to them as well?
