This is a post for OOC plotting, questions, maybe even some collaborative effort on figuring out what the more mysterious parts of the event are all about... Oh, and of course... voting. i hope this isn't a dumb question, or that it wasn't already answered somewhere and that i missed it. this website... is it only accessible to Magi? and how would it have been brought to their attention? did it just pop up on the mirrors when they turned them on?

Somebody told a tale on B.B. Hood's post. She's recently checked out a few books from the library, one of which including Kawahime's Endless Walt. Do these stories match up?

Would trying to stake out the school itself and classes with the intent of trying to find Kagaku result in anything? Say if like, Pokey took a day or two naturally attending classes and looking for her among the student body, would we find her there as a student at all?

so in this fresh new hell of a labyrinth (i'm assuming), is there any form of electricity? Because otherwise Mettaton's not going to be able to really participate cause he wont have any way to charge

Dave isn't going to be going after Kagaku - or at least, not unless he's given a really compelling argument for why he should. He'll probably be spending most of the month chewing himself up with indecision, trying to distract himself with new plans to beat the bugs once and for all. He'll vote if he has to, though, so it might be possible to recruit him to either Team Miki or Team Hoshiko.

Jimmy... is a pretty reckless guy who tends to solve every problem he's faced with with his fists. If he sees anyone trying to start shit or splitting off into factions, he won't be very thrilled about it. That said, he's not exactly opposed to killing someone for the greater good if he's given reason to think that maybe, just maybe, they deserve it. See: Derby Harrington. He's pretty easy to manipulate and/or swing over to your side, honestly, if anyone wants to try to convince him to vote for a specific person.

Ellen's been playing really nicely so far, but that's coming to an end this month. She wants Kagaku dead, and she won't hesitate to kill anyone who gets in her way (or, alternatively, hypnotize them into killing Kagaku or each other for her). Always have a backup plan, though, which means... Yep, you probably guessed it: she's Team Miki all the way.

SO yeah Gary will probably be for killing Kagaku since "more deaths to come" yeah that doesn't sound safe to him. Also as far as he's concerned Cyborg Express magi are way more helpful than the creepy store owner who is probably a serial killer anyway.

ALSO Gary is now going to find the fired girl whose name turns out to be Michiyo and try to get more information because he's convinced she probably knows more than she lets on. Or maybe she knows something but doesn't realize she actually has useful information OR that she just might be behind or involved to begin with. Basically don't trust NPCs

Lilith made a promise to Sachiko that she would protect Hoshiko and Miki. She is not going to let that promise be broken, no matter the consequences. If anyone tries to stop her, she won't hesitate to take them out of commission so they can't mess everything up, juuuuust sayin'. She's not going to vote, no way no how.

Taiga... does not want to believe that this is a real thing, and is gonna be pretty damn upset about that whole "Studying Human Happiness" thing, because the last time that came up it was NOT a good time for her??? She doesn't even know how to begin to decide on a vote for who lives and dies. Taiga will definitely want to find another solution, but the thought of murdering someone... she knows that she wouldn't be able to do it. Can she go home yet????

B.B. is 110% in favor of killing Kagaku. While she doesn't really care how the voting goes, she's in favor of keeping the one source of information from outside of town available in case they need anything else. Sachiko is still somewhat useful, and she'll be less so if any of them die.

Ryoko is gonna be sick. She absolutely hates any of this, and is definitely going to try to find a different solution. Everything seems to be an amalgamation of everything horrible that has happened in the last few months, and she'll start to feel overwhelmed. As always, she'll hold out as long as she possibly can.

Karamatsu doesn't know what the hell is going on, but this whole scenario is nuts. He may be able to make a vote at some point, but this is definitely causing him to sit up and take notice of what the hell is actually going on.

Update:

Ryoko's going to try to talk to Yamashita to try to get an idea of why she might or might not be killable. This'll probably blow up in everyone's face, but ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you know.

Loken Will predictably try to save everyone. Hero dad isn't going to let the childrens die. Oh and he'll get pretty angry at people making a vote either way.

So the way Lemmy sees it, Kagaku is not a magi and doesn't have a soul gem and therefore doesn't have extra lives, so once she's dead, that's it. The other girls DO have extra lives so they could potentially survive whatever the shady institute has planned for them.

...This will obviously fly right out the window if someone points out to him that turning into a witch or having your gem shattered is also a game over.

SO YEAH. Lemmy may be a little shit but he doesn't actually want anyone to die for real. He is in favor of charging in guns blazing and messing stuff up. Which is a terrible idea. Please stop him.

Pokey is more or less in favor of killing Kagaku, but also doesn't want anyone to just fly off the handle. For the moment he'll be guarding the shop until it becomes obvious that she isn't there at which point he'll probably try and help find her if that's where we go with this. He's up for killing her but only if they have consensus at this point, so he'll get in the way of anyone who tries finding her to kill her before they reach that.

Because Star is currently asleep!!!! She made a google doc to help compile links and the like, for those who want to theorise about the event! And because we've already almost hit 500 comments on the post within like 48 hours and that would be A LOT OF READInG for everyone, so it'd be easy to miss important things.
