As a reward for this month's event, all characters can get one power regain. This month is, however, a little different! Every character will receive one brand new mid-leveled power. Request: Rosa Bambola - A duplication power which allows Madoka to summon and control a decoy of herself to send into a battle, primarily as a distraction for the enemy. This duplicate (which would look like what is pictured in the icon) has no powers and abilities. At base power, she can only summon one decoy that is easily destroyed in one hit. She can use this power a maximum of three times before she is unable to use her magic in a battle.

At mid-level power, Madoka is, at her own choice, able to either summon two decoys that can be destroyed in one hit or one decoy that can be destroyed in two hits. Again, she can only use this power a maximum three times in a battle before her magic is exhausted.

As it currently stands, Madoka could potentially summon enough decoys to, at most, completely escape six full boss actions. We feel that this is too much and ask that this power be toned down.

Amending to make it a maximum of one time Madoka can summon it per battle! I can further amend if necessary.
